Bank holiday weekend
A pity last weekends weather wasn't here for this one! Saturday; A band of rain & showers moves across much of England and Wales during the morning, probably moving away by mid afternoon. Maximum temperature 17°C Sunday; The rain clears East allowing it to become dryer and brighter in the West, but another area of rain moves in and may effect the extreme South West later in the day, everywhere else should stay dry. Maximum temperature 18°C in the South. Monday; A much better day, especially for the Southern half of the UK with sunny spells and the risk of an isolated shower. Maximum temperature, again in the South 20°C

Background
Having always been interested in meteorology, i've always wanted my own little website, just to keep myself updated really. Then i finally managed to get myself a half decent weather station that allows me to plug in to my PC via a USB cable, which sends all the data to some software, which in turn uploads it to my site to allow the viewing of almost realtime observations from my back garden, which can be found here or by going to the top of the page and clicking "live weather"

Wmr200
This is the Oregon Wmr200 weather station, which is what i use in conjunction with this site. This is probably a "middle of the road" station, some stations are far more expensive, some are cheaper. I chose this for it's reliability and durability in the elements themselves.
Weather Display
This is the software i use alongside my weather station, it's called Weather Display. It captures all the data from your weather station and turns this in to readable information using graphs/charts and dials. Click the picture for more information.
Weather Display Live
Weather display live is great software if you want almost real time observations to be shown in flash (Moving dials and such) it also has to be used with weather display software to work correctly.
